We will be performing maintenance on our Asia Pacific (Sydney) data center on March 19, 2021.
Zoom Phone users registered to the Sydney data center may experience dropped calls at 9:00AM PDT on March 19 as phones reregister to a different data center and again at 9:00AM PDT on March 20 as phones reregister back to the Sydney data center. No new meetings will be started in the Sydney data center after 11:00PM PDT on March 18. However, if any meetings started in the Sydney data center are still ongoing at 11:00AM PDT on March 19, they will be ended and can be manually restarted in a different data center.
