We will be performing maintenance on our South America (São Paulo) on April 9, 2021.

Zoom Phone users registered to the São Paulo data center may experience dropped calls at 6:00AM BRT (2:00AM PDT) on April 10. No new meetings will be started in the São Paulo data center after 6:00PM BRT (2:00PM PDT) on April 9. However, if any meetings started in the São Paulo data center are still ongoing at 6:00AM BRT (2:00AM PDT) on April 10, they will be ended and can be manually restarted in a different data center.
