We have resolved the issue causing a subset of Zoom Phone users with Canadian numbers might experience intermittent inbound call issues. We will continue to monitor and provide updates as we have them.

Investigating

A subset of Zoom Phone users with Canadian numbers might experience intermittent inbound call issues (call drops, failing to set up, call quality). This does not impact outbound, extension to extension calls or BYOC customers.

We will provide updates as our underlying partners provide them.
