We will be performing maintenance on our Asia Pacific (Tokyo) data center on March 19, 2021.

Zoom Phone users registered to the Tokyo data center may experience dropped calls at 1:00AM JST on March 20 (9:00AM PDT March 19) as phones reregister to a different data center and again at 1:00AM JST on March 21 (9:00AM PDT March 20) as phones reregister back to the Tokyo data center. No new meetings will be started in the Tokyo data center after 12:00AM JST on March 20 (8:00AM PST March 19). However, if any meetings started in the Tokyo data center are still ongoing at 12:00PM JST on March 20 (8:00PM PST March 19), they will be ended and can be manually restarted in a different data center.”
