Issues with AT&T users dialing in to the +1 408 638 0968 and +1 646 558 8656 US Toll numbers have been resolved and all services are running as expected.

Monitoring
AT&T has made changes to their network to re-route traffic from one intermediary carrier to another. This will change the route that phone calls take from AT&T to our service. By doing so, the +1 408 638 0968 and +1 646 558 8656 US Toll numbers should be functioning normally for AT&T users.
We will continue to monitor the situation to ensure service is functioning as intended.

We are investigating reports of PSTN callers using AT&T receiving intermittent fast busy signals when attempting to join Zoom meetings through the +1 408 638 0968 and +1 646 558 8656 US Toll numbers.
