We will be providing an update to Zoom Phone. Please refer to https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0062333 for more details. This update includes an in-call dialpad and telephony shortcuts for the Zoom Assistant.

For Japan SIP zones in Tokyo and Osaka, there is a separate maintenance window: 9/14 8:00AM - 10:00AM PDT (9/15 00:00AM - 2:00 AM JST)

There is no operational impact. All services will be available during this scheduled update.
