Upcoming maintenance to the Zoom Support Center Nov 4, 2023 06:00-14:00 PDT
Zoom will be updating our support center to provide you with an improved customer experience for both self-service support and ticketing. While no significant impact is anticipated, you may experience intermittent issues on Zoom’s Support Center on November 4 from 6AM - 2PM Pacific.

As part of this update, support.zoom.us will be moving to support.zoom.com. We recommend that network administrators, with Zoom specific firewall or network rules, update their systems as soon as possible in preparation. A complete list of network firewall IP ranges for Zoom can be found on the Zoom Support site at: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362683

While the changes are ongoing, you can still get support in the Zoom Community, chatbot, and phone support (based on your plan) during the maintenance window.

Scheduled Zoom Software Quarterly Lifecycle Update (11/4/2023) Nov 4, 2023 17:00-18:00 PDT
Update - As a reminder roughly 30 days ahead of the upcoming enforcement, Zoom will be enforcing a new global minimum version for all our Zoom clients and plugins this November 4th. This affects the following products:
- Zoom client for meetings (Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, Blackberry, and Intune)
- Zoom Rooms and Controllers
- Zoom Phone Appliances
- Virtual Room Connector
- Meetings Connector
- Recording Connector
- Meeting SDK (native and web)
- Video SDK (native and web)

Note: The VDI client and plugin will not be enforced with this November enforcement. Zoom currently recommends updating to version 5.14.13, but more details about the planned VDI enforcements for February 2024 and other changes to VDI enforcement will be provided in early November with the next Zoom Software Quarterly Lifecycle announcements.

Scheduled - As of September 21st, 2023, mobile operators AT&T and Verizon are blocking MMS originating from non-10DLC registered numbers. Registered MMS traffic is unaffected. If you are experiencing MMS disruption, associate your numbers to an approved 10 DLC campaign. If you are currently awaiting campaign approval, your MMS capabilities will be impacted. Unregistered SMS will continue to work while the campaign is awaiting approval.
