Scheduled - Due to a change with our phone carrier, the below Malaysia Toll numbers are being decommissioned.

+60 3 XXXX 2229
+60 3 XXXX 1727

Your accounts will still have the following two Malaysia Toll numbers available for use:

+60 3 XXXX 4079
+60 3 XXXX 4080

Please make sure to make any necessary updates in your Admin Portal (https://zoom.us/account/setting?tab=telephony) to ensure availability for use of the remaining 2 Malaysia numbers on your account. Only if you are not already using the remaining numbers noted above, currently scheduled meetings for 02/29/2024 and onward may need to be rescheduled so that the updated toll numbers will be reflected in newly scheduled meetings. If meeting invites are not updated to reflect the additional toll numbers, participants dialing in from Malaysia will not be able to join using the decommissioned number after 2/29/2024. Any newly created meetings scheduled after you’ve updated the numbers in your portal will be automatically updated with the remaining Malaysia toll number(s) for future invites.

To view your current and new numbers in order to make the above changes, please visit your Admin Portal. There you will be able to find all Malaysia numbers that will remain supported.

DigiCert Global Root G2 Transition Maintenance Notice for Zoom Phone and Zoom Contact Center Apr 5, 2024 17:00-22:00 PDT
Zoom will perform service maintenance in the following URLs used by Zoom Phone and Zoom Contact Center to replace the Cloudfront certificate with a new certificate that is signed by DigiCert Global Root G2 certificate authority. No expected downtime for this change.
