Scheduled - We will be releasing a firmware update to Polycom Trio devices registered to Zoom's Connector for Polycom service through trio.zoom.us, including devices running the Zoom Room Controller software for Trio. The update will be released on Friday, November 30th at 8:30 PM PT and devices will upgrade to the latest firmware version within 24 hours, or at the next device reboot.
