We will be adding additional IP address ranges for Zoom in the near future. This is an advance notice for the upcoming change so that network administrators, with Zoom specific firewall or network rules, can update their systems accordingly in preparation. The following IP address ranges have been added:

3.80.20.128/25
3.104.34.128/25
50.239.202.0/23
50.239.204.0/24
52.61.100.128/25
99.79.20.0/25

Investigating - We have received reports of a subset of free users being unable to either A) see statuses in chat, B) see certain chat channels, and/or C) send/receive chat messages. The subset of impacted users and their chat groups is limited to Zoom users on our Basic (free) plan not associated with an active paid Zoom subscription.
