We will be providing a new version of our Mac, Windows, and Linux clients. They will be available for download at https://zoom.us/download. We will also be performing a staggered release for iOS and Android on applicable app stores. This update will include the release of the Immersive Views feature and minor bug fixes.

Scheduled - Poly Trio Firmware 5.9.4 rev AB is becoming the minimum required version for managed Trio devices. Customers who allow Zoom to manage their firmware do not need to take any action. Customers who are using the Zoom Connector for Poly and override the firmware updates with an AppFilePath configuration will need to update to the latest firmware by May 7, 2021. If Trio devices are not updated, they will reboot once per hour until their firmware is updated.

Scheduled - We will be performing maintenance on our Europe (Amsterdam) data center on April 9, 2021.

No new meetings will be started in the Amsterdam data center after 5:00PM CEST (08:00AM PDT) on April 9. However, if any meetings started in the Amsterdam data center are still ongoing at 5:00AM CEST on April 10 (08:00PM PDT on April 9), they will be ended and can be manually restarted in a different data center.

Zoom Phone users registered to the Amsterdam data center will be automatically registered in an alternative datacenter starting at 12:00AM CEST on April 10 (3:00PM PDT on April 9) with no impact expected. If you are a BYOC (Bring Your Own Carrier) customer, please ensure that your Session Border Controller (SBC) is configured with alternate routing to Zoom’s Frankfurt data center in addition to the Amsterdam data center. During the maintenance window, connectivity to Zoom’s Amsterdam data center will be blocked which will force calls from the Session Border Controller (SBC) to failover to Zoom’s Frankfurt data center. Traffic will continue to be routed through the Zoom Amsterdam data center once the maintenance is completed.

No new meetings will be started in the São Paulo data center after 6:00PM BRT (2:00PM PDT) on April 9. However, if any meetings started in the São Paulo data center are still ongoing at 6:00AM BRT (2:00AM PDT) on April 10, they will be ended and can be manually restarted in a different data center.
