We will be providing an update to Zoom Phone in Amsterdam data center.

Zoom Phone users registered to the Amsterdam data center will be automatically registered in an alternative datacenter when the maintenance window starts. During the maintenance window, a brief disconnection may be experienced and notifications may be missed. If you get disconnected, the system will attempt to reconnect you automatically. If you are a BYOC (Bring Your Own Carrier) customer, please ensure that your Session Border Controller (SBC) is configured with alternate routing to Zoom’s Frankfurt data center in addition to the Amsterdam data center. During the maintenance window, connectivity to Zoom’s Amsterdam data center will be blocked which will force calls from the Session Border Controller (SBC) to failover to Zoom’s Frankfurt data center. Traffic will continue to be routed through the Zoom Amsterdam data center once the maintenance is completed.

The following, new and updated IP subnet ranges will be deployed to Zoom resources starting no earlier than 30 days from the posting of this notice. We recommend that network administrators, with Zoom specific firewall or network rules, update their systems as soon as possible in preparation. Additionally, ​​Zoom will be adding additional data centers as a part of the global Zoom routing network. These sites are already in our previously announced IP address ranges and will be enabled at launch for customers. For network administrators with Zoom specific proxy rules, please update your PAC files with the following sites to utilize these data centers.

One range updated in the July 2022 was mistakenly listed as 193.122.32.0/27 in the txt files, but has been corrected to 193.122.32.0/21. The July status posting included the corrected value and all files have been updated to the correct range of 193.122.32.0/21.

Scheduled - On August 6, 2022, Zoom will be retiring significantly older client versions for Zoom Client for Meetings, Zoom Rooms, Zoom Phone, Virtual Room Connector, SDK, and VDI to address a security vulnerability. Please find the full list of products and versions in the table below. After August 6, 2022, users will not be able to log in or join meetings from versions below 5.3.0 (originally released in September 2020). As always, we highly recommend you regularly download and update to the latest version of Zoom software to take advantage of all our latest security and functionality features.

You will need to enable the new numbers in the Zoom web portal (https://zoom.us/account/setting?tab=telephony) to be made available for use on your account. Currently scheduled meetings for 7/29/22 and onward should be rescheduled, and the new toll numbers will be reflected in newly scheduled meetings. If meeting invites are not updated to reflect the new toll numbers, participants dialing in from Russia will not be able to join using the decommissioned number after 7/29/22. Any newly created meetings scheduled after you’ve enabled the new numbers in your portal will be automatically updated with the new toll number(s) for future invites.

To view your current and new numbers in order to make the above changes, please visit the Zoom web portal (https://zoom.us/account/setting?tab=telephony). There you will be able to find all Russia numbers that will remain supported.
