Starting February 3 at 6pm PST, any SMS/MMS traffic originating from US/Canada toll or virtual service number, that is not registered with a fully approved 10DLC Campaign will be blocked by telecom carriers. If you experience an issue with sending SMS/MMS after this date, please ensure the telephone number is associated with an Approved 10DLC Campaign.
