Zoom is starting to route additional Zoom Phone & Zoom Contact Center traffic across our new Data Centers. We are sending out this notification to inform our customers of this change along with some reminders which will assist customers.

We wanted to remind customers for their optimal experience, and to avoid any potential issues, to please allow Zoom Traffic to all subnets located on our Zoom Network Firewall page. This includes specific sections for Zoom Phone & Zoom Contact Center.

Some of the newer subnets specific to Zoom Phone & Zoom Contact Center are:

144.195.0.0/16

206.247.0.0/16

170.114.0.0/16

159.124.0.0/16

147.124.96.0/19
