Due to a change with our phone carrier, the below Russia phone numbers are being decommissioned. +749 XXXX 9788 +781 XXXX 8988
For your convenience, we have added two additional Russia Toll numbers: +749 XXXX 6379 +749 XXXX 6380
You will need to enable the new numbers in the Zoom web portal (https://zoom.us/account/setting?tab=telephony) to be made available for use on your account. Currently scheduled meetings for 7/29/22 and onward should be rescheduled, and the new toll numbers will be reflected in newly scheduled meetings. If meeting invites are not updated to reflect the new toll numbers, participants dialing in from Russia will not be able to join using the decommissioned number after 7/29/22. Any newly created meetings scheduled after you’ve enabled the new numbers in your portal will be automatically updated with the new toll number(s) for future invites.
To view your current and new numbers in order to make the above changes, please visit the Zoom web portal (https://zoom.us/account/setting?tab=telephony). There you will be able to find all Russia numbers that will remain supported.
