Due to a change with our phone carrier, the following Costa Rica Premium Toll number is being decommissioned:
We encourage our customers to transition to the below Costa Rica Toll number (already existing):
You will need to enable and select the additional active number(s) in your Admin Portal (https://zoom.us/account/setting?tab=telephon), if you have not already done so. Currently scheduled meetings for 10/29/22 and onward should be rescheduled, and the active toll number(s) will be reflected in newly scheduled meetings. If meeting invites are not updated to reflect the active toll numbers, participants dialing in from Costa Rica will not be able to join using the decommissioned number after 10/29/22. Any newly created meetings scheduled after you’ve enabled the active numbers in your portal will be automatically updated with the new toll number(s) for future invites.
To view your current and new numbers in order to make the above changes, please visit your Admin Portal (https://zoom.us/account/setting?tab=telephony). There you will be able to find all Costa Rica numbers that will remain supported.
