We will be providing an update to Zoom Phone. Please refer to https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0062333 for more details. This update includes the ability to switch Zoom Phone calls between Zoom Workplace desktop and mobile apps.

For Japan SIP zones in Tokyo and Osaka, there is a separate maintenance window: 3/16/2025 8:00AM - 10:00AM PDT (3/17/2025 00:00 - 2:00 JST)

There is no operational impact. All services will be available during this scheduled update.
