We will be performing maintenance on the Billing tab of our web portal on November 13, 2021.

From 7:00PM to 9:00PM PDT on November 13, existing customers will not be able to access the Billing tab of our web portal and will not be able to subscribe to new services, pay invoices, or update their payment methods.

Additionally, during the maintenance window, new customers attempting to sign up for paid Zoom services will be taken to a web page about the maintenance, offering them a free trial of the Zoom meetings service. They will be able to return to the Billing tab of the web portal to upgrade to the paid service after the maintenance is complete and before the trial expires.
