Due to a change with our phone carrier, the following Germany Toll-Free number is being decommissioned.

Accounts will still have other Germany Toll-Free numbers available for use.
Please make sure to make any necessary updates in your Admin Portal (https://zoom.us/account/setting?tab=telephony) to ensure availability for use of the remaining Germany Toll-Free numbers on your account. Only if you are not already using the remaining numbers, currently scheduled meetings for 8/8/2025 and onward may need to be rescheduled so that the updated TF numbers will be reflected in newly scheduled meetings. If meeting invites are not updated to reflect the additional TF numbers, participants dialing in from Germany will not be able to join using the decommissioned number after 8/8/2025. Any newly created meetings scheduled after you’ve updated the numbers in your portal will be automatically updated with the remaining Germany Toll-Free number(s) for future invites.
To view your current and new numbers in order to make the above changes, please visit your Admin Portal. There you will be able to find all Germany Toll-Free numbers that will remain supported.
