The following, new and updated IP subnet ranges are in use for Zoom Contact Center. We recommend that network administrators on accounts using Contact Center, with Zoom specific firewall or network rules, update their systems as soon as possible in preparation.

New ports for Contact Center:
204.80.104.0/21, ports UDP 20000-64000
50.239.204.0/24, ports UDP 20000-64000
