On 03/05/2025, between 8:40 UTC and 8:45 UTC, a subset of users experienced inbound and outbound call drops, issue with registration in Zoom Phone and issue with Zoom Meetings for Sydney region. Our engineers have mitigated the issue. This incident has been resolved.
