When announcing changes to IP ranges for Zoom’s Meeting, Cloud Room Connector, and Contact Center services the change date was incorrectly announced for July 31, 2024, when the correct date of the change is scheduled for August 31, 2024.

Zoom will be removing 226 IP ranges from the Zoom Meeting and Cloud Room Connector services as those services have been migrated to Zoom’s larger contiguous ranges that have been previously announced. These IPv4 ranges no longer host resources and will be removed from Zoom’s inventory starting no earlier than 30 days from the posting of this notice. Due to this, we recommend that network administrators with Zoom-specific firewalls or network rules update their systems as soon as possible in preparation.
In addition, a new and updated IP subnet range will be deployed to Zoom Contact Center (ZCC) resources starting no earlier than 30 days from the posting of this notice.
