Scheduled
Zoom will be performing an internal maintenance to transition to certificates signed by DigiCert Global Root G2 certificate authority on our infrastructure during upcoming maintenance windows below. This will be a permanent change. We will not be able to postpone this change as Global Root G1 certificates are no longer being used and issued by any certificate authorities.

Service maintenance will be performed for Zoom Services to replace the current certificate with a new certificate that is signed by DigiCert Global Root G2 certificate authority per the following maintenance schedule

Zoom Meeting
US Region

Zoom Device Management/Zoom Room/Zoom Revenue Accelerator/Whiteboard/Calendar/Billing
International Regions
(AU/CA/EU/IN)

No service downtime is expected for this change.

Customers with older WEB clients might not be able to connect to Zoom WEB services due to the new G2 type certificates. Customers with older WEB clients that do not support G2 type server certificates will need to upgrade their Operating System or Browser that supports G2 type certificates. For a list of compliant OS and Browser please refer to this article:

Please refer to the WEB client version from this support page, customers with older browsers must upgrade to the latest version to use WEB services based on this support doc: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0064261
