Zoom will perform service maintenance at our US East (Virginia 3) and US East (Virginia 4) data centers starting at 01:00 GMT (17:00 PST) on Dec 16th (PST).
Zoom Phone users registered to the US East (Virginia 3) and US East (Virginia 4) data centers will be automatically registered in an alternative data centers: US West (N. California 5) and US West (N. California 6). During the maintenance window, a brief disconnection may be experienced and notifications may be missed. If you get disconnected, the system will attempt to reconnect you automatically. Traffic will continue to be routed through the Zoom US East (Virginia 3) and US East (Virginia 4) data centers once the maintenance is completed.
