We will be adding additional IP address ranges for Zoom. This is a notice so that network administrators, with Zoom specific firewall or network rules, can update their systems accordingly in preparation. The following IP address ranges have been added:

134.224.0.0/16
170.114.0.0/16

Zoom is migrating Conference Room Connector (CRC) to only support Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2+ for increased data security. As part of this migration, Zoom will be disabling TLS 1.0 in November 2020 and TLS 1.1 in March 2021 as encryption options for all SIP/H.323 devices. This change will affect all SIP/H.323 devices attempting to connect to a meeting that requires device encryption. This will be enforced for all device types: both managed with an API connector or unmanaged by Zoom.
