Denver (DV) Data Center Maintenance Oct 14, 2022 23:00 - Oct 15, 2022 11:00 PDT
We will be performing maintenance on our US(Denver) data center on October 14th-15th, 2022.

No new meetings will be started in the Denver data center after 12:00PM MT (11AM Pacific) on October 14th. However, if any meetings started in the Denver data center are still ongoing at 12:00AM MT on October 15th(11PM Pacific October 14), they will be ended and can be manually restarted in a different data center.

If you obtain Zoom through one of our carrier partners leveraging Telephony Service Provider (TSP) integration, no new TSP connections will be started in the DV data center after 12:00PM MT (11AM Pacific) on October 14th. However, at 12:00AM MT on October 15th(11PM Pacific October 14), any TSP connections started in the DV data center that have been running for over 12 hours will be ended and can be manually restarted in a different data center.

Zoom Phone users registered to the Denver data center will be automatically registered in an alternative datacenter starting at 6:00PM Mountain Time (5PM Pacific) on October 14th. During the maintenance window, a brief disconnection may be experienced and notifications may be missed. If you get disconnected, the system will attempt to reconnect you automatically. If you are a BYOC (Bring Your Own Carrier) customer, please ensure that your Session Border Controller (SBC) is configured with alternate routing to Zoom’s San Jose data center in addition to the Denver data center. During the maintenance window, connectivity to Zoom’s Denver data center will be blocked which will force calls from the Session Border Controller (SBC) to failover to Zoom’s San Jose data center. Traffic will continue to be routed through the Zoom Denver data center once the maintenance is completed.

Due to a change with our phone carrier, the following Costa Rica Premium Toll number is being decommissioned:

+506 4XXXX843

We encourage our customers to transition to the below Costa Rica Toll number (already existing):

+506 4XXX7699

You will need to enable and select the additional active number(s) in your Admin Portal (https://zoom.us/account/setting?tab=telephon), if you have not already done so. Currently scheduled meetings for 10/29/22 and onward should be rescheduled, and the active toll number(s) will be reflected in newly scheduled meetings. If meeting invites are not updated to reflect the active toll numbers, participants dialing in from Costa Rica will not be able to join using the decommissioned number after 10/29/22. Any newly created meetings scheduled after you’ve enabled the active numbers in your portal will be automatically updated with the new toll number(s) for future invites.

To view your current and new numbers in order to make the above changes, please visit your Admin Portal (https://zoom.us/account/setting?tab=telephony). There you will be able to find all Costa Rica numbers that will remain supported.
