Due to a change with our phone carrier, the following two India Premium Toll numbers are being decommissioned:
+91 XXXX 798004 +91 XXXX 798012
Accounts will still have other India Premium Toll available for use.
Please make sure to make any necessary updates in your Admin Portal (https://zoom.us/account/setting?tab=telephony) to ensure availability for use of the remaining India Premium Toll numbers on your account. Only if you are not already using the remaining numbers, currently scheduled meetings for 12/31/2024 and onward may need to be rescheduled so that the updated toll numbers will be reflected in newly scheduled meetings. If meeting invites are not updated to reflect the additional toll numbers, participants dialing in from India will not be able to join using the decommissioned number after 12/31/2024. Any newly created meetings scheduled after you’ve updated the numbers in your portal will be automatically updated with the remaining India Premium Toll number(s) for future invites.
To view your current and new numbers in order to make the above changes, please visit your Admin Portal. There you will be able to find all India Premium Toll numbers that will remain supported. Posted on

Zoom will be removing 1 IP range from the Zoom Meeting and Cloud Room Connector services as those services, which has been migrated to Zoom’s larger contiguous ranges that have been previously announced. We recommend that network administrators, with Zoom specific firewall or network rules, update their systems as soon as possible in preparation.
Removed IP range: 16.63.29.0/24
Additionally, we are adding a list of subnet ranges which network administrators utilizing the HTTP Call Widget in the Zoom Contact Center Flow Editor should allow.
Network requests defined in Zoom Contact Center HTTP Call widget will originate from the following IP addresses: 3.235.96.0/23 134.224.0.0/16 170.114.0.0/16
Lastly, the following URLs will be deployed for Zoom Client certificate validation starting no earlier than 30 days from the posting of this notice. We recommend that network administrators with Zoom-specific firewall or network rules update their systems as soon as possible in preparation.
